The FREE program is delivered over-the-phone and offers:
guidance on energy efficiency measures to reduce your ongoing bills
support to access appropriate concessions and HEEAS payments where eligible
assistance to set up affordable payment plans with retailers
advocacy to negotiate debt waivers or reductions where possible
help to find a better energy plan or to access energy retailer hardship support programs
Interpreter support is also available. This support is available to all Queensland households.
