In November 2024, staff members from twenty Neighbourhood Centre were trained to become Energy Educators. Below are all the slides and handouts from that training, along with some recordings of some of the presentations.

**Updates to concession applications since training:
it is now easier for a household to get an energy concession because of the removal of questions about household members. So this means as long as the energy account is attached to the household member with the concession then the concession can still be applied, even if there are other members of the household who do not have concession cards. This will particularly benefit large households where there is one income supporting many people.
